    I’m Annie Giudicessi and I am the owner and brains behind HeyGiud Communications. I take my obsession for Social Marketing, my passion for Branding and combine that with my knowledge and experience to help businesses and organizations grow and thrive in the ever changing Socialsphere. I have spent years learning the nuances and details of Social Marketing and have a passion for helping businesses and Non-Profits utilize the tools available through Social Marketing and digital channels to enhance and grown their brand. I have a Bachelor of Arts from Central College in Communications Studies and a Social Marketing Specialization from Northwestern University. In the rare hours where I manage to disconnect I enjoy photography, writing, exploring the amazing city of Des Moines and spending quality time with my family. My love of music is shown through my company name as HeyGiud is a spin on the song by The Beatles and my last name.

  • Kyle Rossi, ISB Investment Services

    Kyle Rossi is a native of Germantown, Wisconsin and relocated to Des Moines after high school to pursue a career in music business and performance. After releasing records and touring for several years, Rossi enrolled at Drake University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He joined ISB Investment Services as a Financial Advisor after spending a year with a West Des Moines financial services firm. In his leisure time, Kyle continues to write music compositions and improve his instrumental skills including playing the drums, piano, and guitar. He is also an avid outdoorsman and travels back to Wisconsin where he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

  • Renee Chapman, Athletico Physical Therapy

    I grew up in Eastern Iowa and moved to Des Moines in 2010. I remember visiting Des Moines off and on in the past and can't believe how much the area has grown just in the past 10 years! I currently work at Accelerated Physical Therapy in South Des Moines as a Physical Therapist Assistant, helping patients return to functional activities.  Being able to help community members achieve his/her goals for the past 13 years has been very rewarding. I look forward to increasing my participation in community events and learning more about all the great opportunities Des Moines has to offer by being a part of the East and South Chamber.

    Hey Y’all, I just moved to Des Moines from Houston, TX in pursuit of my career with Aerotek. I grew up in a rural city outside of Houston playing soccer, competing in equestrian, and always being involved with my community. Once I graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor degree in Communication, I started my career in the staffing industry in Downtown Houston. After 3 years of success with TEKsystems I was rewarded the opportunity to transfer to our sister company, Aerotek, here in Des Moines in our Professional Services Division that specializes in all business office positions. Through hard work, determination, and maintaining a positive attitude I look forward to building great trusting relationships with my new clients, community, and professional network.     'I grew up in Fort Dodge, and moved to Des Moines several years ago after graduating from Iowa with my Finance and Management Degrees. I am happy to call Des Moines home!  I currently am an Account Manager with Aerotek, a Recruiting and Staffing company that supports business here in the Des Moines area throughout many different industries! I manage my team of three recruiters on part of our Advanced Manufacturing and Skilled Trades team, as well as handle Business Development for our division. My recruiters and I work together to place our top skill sets, including Machinists, Welders, Industrial Painters, Forklift Operators, and Shipping and Receiving personnel to name a few.'

    I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to serve the public in an employment capacity over the last seven years, assisting members of the community from all walks of life to prepare for and attain employment opportunities and skills training. Whether entry-level or upper management, the mission is simple: Learn, Prepare, Connect, Succeed! After spending five years working for Link Associates, empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their quest toward personal and professional success, I took on the role of Supervisor of the Goodwill Career Connection Center, a free resource for job seekers and employers alike. I am passionate about making connections and am excited to help others within the Chamber.

    My name is Steph, I am currently the Provider Relations Manager for CareMore Essentials.  CareMore is a primary care clinic serving IA Health Link (Medicaid) program members here in the Des Moines area.  It is my job to help facilitate the connections between healthcare practitioners to ensure that business relationships are harmonious so that patient care is consistent across all spectrums of care.  At CareMore, we truly believe that it is our job to break down barriers in order to ensure that each of our patients receive the highest quality of care in a loving environment.  I am passionate about the healthcare of all Iowans, specifically Medicaid beneficiaries, and really love working in this industry.

  • Kristen Strawhacker, ARC Physical Therapy

    Kristen is a Physical Therapist at ARC Physical Therapy+. Kristen evaluates and treats patients with a variety of work related injuries. She also has experience working with youth and collegiate athletes. A native of Des Moines, Kristen holds a Bachelors in Athletic Training from the University of Iowa and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. Outside of work Kristen enjoys spending her free time biking, running, cooking, and exploring all that Des Moines has to offer.

    Monica is a Senior Project Manager at Visionary Services where she has been in professional bliss for the last 10 years, and intends to stay (if they will let her). Outside of work, Monica enjoys listening to live music, playing the piano, cooking, home brewing, and hanging at home with her family.

    Jessica has been with Trixies since the beginning as front desk coordinator and has always had a passion for the beauty industry.     Allise is the Executive of Sales for the AC Hotel by Marriott & The Republic on Grand, Heart of America's first project in the Des Moines East Village. 

    A native of Des Moines, Allise holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Grand View University. While at Grand View, she received scholarships for both soccer and basketball. Allise is passionate about making connections and building long lasting relationships in the community. Outside of work, Allise enjoys spending her free time with her husband and three dogs, cooking, and exploring the plethora of local establishments the city has to offer.

    I relocated to Des Moines, IA in March 2016 from Fond du Lac, WI. I attended Marian University in Fond du Lac where I graduated with a degree in both Accounting and Finance along with Marketing and Business Administration minors. While at Marian I also played 2 years of Division 3 NCAA hockey. I decided on a banking career and ended up at Marine Credit Union because we treat people are more than must a credit score. As a Consumer Loan Officer, we provide common sense lending to people in the Des Moines Community when other financials only see numbers.     Born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa, Meredith graduated from Johnston High School in 2009 and continued her education at Iowa State University. At ISU, she majored in Event Management and graduated May of 2014. Starting out as an intern at the Des Moines East and South Chamber, Meredith was soon hired to be their Vice President in September 2014. At the Chamber, Meredith was in charge of all events, marketing, interns, and financials. Meredith is now the Signature Events & Corporate Development Coordinator at the Animal Rescue League of Iowa. At the ARL, she plans and promotes 8 key events throughout the year and is in charge of all corporate sponsorships.     I’m proud to have lived in Iowa my whole life; I grew up on a small farm near West Branch and moved to Des Moines in 1994 after graduating from the University of Iowa – GO HAWKS!
